PipelineLift Pricing: How Investment Works for Law Firms

How much should a law firm expect to invest in an AI intake system? More importantly, what should that investment actually be tied to?

PipelineLift takes a different approach to legal intake pricing. Instead of charging firms based on the number of users, seats, or access to software, PipelineLift uses a results-based model tied to qualified consultation opportunities.

Start With a Free Pipeline Audit

Every PipelineLift engagement starts with a complimentary Pipeline Audit.

The audit looks at how a firm's existing intake process handles calls, texts, forms, chat, and after-hours inquiries. The goal is to identify where potential consultation opportunities may be getting lost before a firm invests in changing its intake process.

A 30-Day Pilot Before a Long-Term Commitment

After the audit, firms can move into a 30-day pilot. PipelineLift describes this pilot as fully refundable, allowing firms to see how the system performs with their own intake activity before choosing a longer-term plan.

This approach gives firms an opportunity to evaluate response times, qualification, follow-up, and captured consultation opportunities using their own numbers.

Pay for Qualified Opportunities, Not Seats

PipelineLift does not use traditional per-user or per-seat pricing.

Instead, firms are billed based on qualified consultation opportunities (COIs) captured through the system. The current plans are structured around different credit bundles, with pricing ranging from $30 to $40 per qualified consultation opportunity depending on the bundle selected.

That means the investment is connected to the intake activity PipelineLift is designed to improve rather than simply paying for access to another software platform.

What Happens After the Pilot?

At the end of the 30-day pilot, the firm can review its results and choose a bundle that fits its intake volume.

PipelineLift also provides a 30-Day ROI Report covering key performance metrics, intake activity, response trends, and opportunities for further optimization.
