What the Pipeline Audit does when it evaluates your firm's intake: which channels it touches, how contact is made, what gets recorded, and how to stop it.
With your firm's written authorization in the service agreement, PipelineLift places a limited number of simulated prospective-client inquiries to the phone numbers, web forms, chat widgets, and email addresses your firm publicly advertises for prospective-client contact. Message volume is minimal — typically fewer than ten messages per audit.
Numbers your firm publicly advertises for prospective clients.
Public intake and contact forms on your website.
Live chat widgets running on your public pages.
Published intake addresses for prospective-client contact.
Channels in scope — nothing outside this list is contacted.
Evaluation inquiries may be placed or conducted using automated systems, including artificial or prerecorded voice and AI-assisted conversational agents. To preserve the integrity of the evaluation, evaluators do not identify themselves as evaluators or as automated systems during contact.
Evaluation communications may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed automatically, as consented to in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for any internal notice to their personnel required by applicable law.
Evaluation contact is limited to the intake channels your firm publicly advertises, for the duration of the audit engagement. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by written notice — or, for SMS, by replying STOP, which is honored immediately. Anything not yet evaluated at withdrawal is reported as "not assessed," never inferred.
